We process only the information needed to create, pay for and deliver your card and to support your order.
Who is responsible?
Printen.eu, part of Twilper.com, is the data controller. Email privacy questions to info@printen.eu.
Information we process
The buyer's email, recipient names and addresses, card text, uploaded or generated images, print files, product choice, payment and order status and limited security data.
Why we process it
Order data is required to perform the contract; administration meets legal duties; security data prevents fraud. AI processing occurs only when you choose that feature.
Service providers
Vercel and storage providers for hosting, Stripe for payment, Print.one for production and delivery, Resend for transactional email and Replicate for AI images. Each receives only what its task requires.
Retention
Print.one states that delivery data is processed within the EEA and normally deleted after 90 days. We keep order and accounting data only as long as support, disputes and law require.
AI and sensitive information
Do not put names, addresses or sensitive data in an AI prompt. Only the image description and style are sent to Replicate; card wording is not included in the illustration prompt.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object via info@printen.eu. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
Keys remain server-side, print files use temporary links and order status requires a unique access token. We follow statutory notification duties for relevant breaches.
