Terms and conditions
These terms apply to every order for a personalised card placed through our website.
1. About us
The service is provided by Printen.eu, part of Twilper.com, Merelstraat 64, 8916 AX Leeuwarden, Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce 98440217, VAT NL005332508B94, info@printen.eu.
2. Offer and contract
The product, price and destination in the final order step form the offer. The contract is concluded after successful payment confirmation, followed by an order number and confirmation.
3. Prices and payment
Consumer prices are in euros and include VAT, printing and standard delivery. Stripe handles payment. Production starts only after payment confirmation.
4. Your review before ordering
Check design, spelling, photo crop, readability and the full address before payment. Small colour differences between a screen and print are technically unavoidable.
5. Personalisation and withdrawal
The card is made to your individual choices. The standard right of withdrawal therefore does not apply; statutory rights for defective goods remain unaffected.
6. Content and rights
Use only text and images for which you have the necessary rights and permission. Illegal, threatening, discriminatory, misleading or infringing content may be refused.
7. Production and delivery
Print.one provides production and postal delivery. Stated lead times are estimates, not guarantees. Our obligation to supply a conforming product remains.
8. Complaints
Report problems promptly to info@printen.eu with the order number and clear photos for damage or print errors. We normally respond within two working days and seek an appropriate solution.
9. Liability and law
Where permitted by law, liability is limited to directly attributable loss. Dutch law applies while mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence remains in force.
