We print and send
After your final check, we print the card in full colour, address it and hand it to the postal service. No stamp or envelope to arrange.
What should you write in a employee birthday?
Start with something only you and the recipient would recognise. Add one specific wish, memory or compliment. A short, sincere message often feels more personal than a generic phrase.

Ideas for your employee birthday
Make your message specific and recognisable. These three approaches will get you started:
- Mention a memory you share.
- Write one wish that truly fits the recipient.
- Sign off in the same voice you would use in person.
Design without print-production stress
The editor safeguards bleed, trim and the safe text area. Drag, scale, rotate and outline text or combine it with your own photo. Before ordering, you review both required card sides in the preview.
